Maddie loves wa's (i.e. waffles - not to be confused with the other wa (i.e. water)). She loves them so much she brought an empty box of frozen waffles from HER kitchen and demanded they be made by yelling, "WA! WA!" Emily told her we didn't have any. Just to make sure Emily knew what she wanted, Maddie took her into the pantry and pointed to the waffle iron and again yelled, "WA! WA!" We didn't have any on standby. Fortunately, she settled for something else!
